I’m Eshita Kalra

Welcome — I’m glad you’re here 💕

I’m a dietitian with a BSc in Dietetics, an MSc in Clinical Nutrition, and hands-on experience working within the NHS as well as volunteering in healthcare. These roles gave me exposure to diverse health conditions — from everyday nutrition challenges to chronic diseases. Through it all, I’ve learned that true health is rooted in balance, joy, and connection.

I’ve spent years studying the science of nutrition, and just as many living through the ups and downs of dieting (a word created by diet culture), body changes, and health struggles. I know what it’s like to chase numbers and feel lost — and I also know what it feels like to finally step into calm and confidence.

With a passion for helping people restore their relationship with food, heal their bodies and mind, and reach optimal health, I bring not only knowledge but also lived experience. That blend has given me empathy, honesty, and the drive to help others break free from the same patterns.

Healthovernumber was born from this journey. At HON, we believe health is about how you feel, how you nourish your body, and how you care for your mind.

a one-to-one, weekly evolving support system that keeps your momentum without locking you into a rigid mold.

Because you’re not meant to be measured by a scale, a calorie tracker, or someone else's idea of progress.
